Positive Thinking Jar

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAOnce you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you will start having positive results- Willie Nelson

A DIY Project for those who believes a little positivity goes a long way!

You turn on your TV these days, read a newspaper, or listen to your radios and there is negativity blaring.
We live in a very negative world at times.
We are always talking about how horrible things are, and how everything ends in tragedy, etc.

But did you know we become like those we hang out?
And the words we speak are the actions we do?

So, it is time to break the negativity.

You Will Need:
– Jar
– Coloured Paper
– Scissors
– Sharpie

It is pretty dang simple.

You get a jar. This is now your jar of positivity.
Then every day you will write a quote, something positive or the highlight of your day on a piece of paper!

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERAAlternate the colours to make the jar more and more colourful.
Then you fold it up, scrunch it or dump it, depending what you want to do and shove it in the jar.

Keep it up! And then once the jar is full you will have a pretty colourful reminder there for you to see.
And if you are having a bad day, pull out a few and have a read.
It might just bring that frown upside down.
