Complete the Rubik’s Cube

9 Sep

1351792080-rubiks-cube-originalIn respect of Budget week, this is a simple but yet all so complicated task on the Bucket List this week!!

Completing the Rubik’s Cube!

Lets be honest.
This is one of those things you have always declared you were going to do one day, but just never did…

That cube of frustration.

That little things of coloured squares has defeated us all at one time or another.

So put it on your bucket list and complete that poop of a box!

Oh and before you think that it is just a four dollar thing in the discount bin at your local department store, do you know how big this little cube is?

Check it out;

It has videos to help you solve it, prize packs, forums, t shirts. Yeah, we didn’t know it was this cool either…

Erno_Rubik2Erno Rubik was the creator of the Rubik’s cube, hence the extremely creative name. It was originally called the ‘Magic Cube’ but the Ideal Toy Corporation, who picked up the toy renamed it.

first_rubiks_cubeThis architect created the toy in 1974 but it didn’t hit stores outside of Rubik’s hometown of Hungary until the 1980s.
And since then it has been the challenge we have all wanted to finish.

So take the challenge and Rubik’s away!
